An Award-Winning spa/clinic in Marlow are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our well established and highly esteemed spa team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where expertise in various beauty treatments is valued, and client satisfaction is paramount. The Senior Beauty Therapist will be responsible for providing personalised treatments, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures. Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines. Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all equipment and work areas in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively. Mentor and support junior therapists to develop their skills and ensure consistent quality of service. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service offerings. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.

Requirements

Must have NVQ level 3 with proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments. Experience in a Senior Therapist role is preferred although not essential. Core treatments we offer are; nails (including BIAB), waxing, brows/lashes (including lamination and LVL), massage, facials (including Hydrafacial) and IPL amongst others. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with clients Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times

Pay is up to 17.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We offer flexible hours and working patterns ranging from part time to full time which includes some weekend working.
