re you a talented, experienced Beauty Therapist who is passionate about delivering top notch beauty treatment and a stunning client experience? We're looking for a Head Therapist to run our beauty team in our vibrant salon in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including Biab/gel polish nails

- Ordering and maintaining stock

- Promoting the beauty department at Faking It

- Running a column to provide ;

- Waxing, eyebrows & body

- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and applying polish.

- Offer facial treatments, massages

- Provide makeup application for special events or occasions. Ideal but not essential

- LVL lashes, spray tans, Brow lamination, henna brows ( training can be offered for these services)

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

What we are looking for :

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
Minimum 2 years of salon experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
passion for creativity and high standards of service
experience of running or managing a team preferred

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36.5 - 40 per week
