We specialise exclusively in exceptional Nails and Waxing, delivering consistently high standards in a friendly, professional, welcoming and supportive environment. Mooeys Winchester is now ready to grow -- and we're looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist to grow with us.

About the role

As a Senior Therapist you will:

Deliver outstanding Nail and Waxing services to a loyal and growing client base Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, overseeing things like stock take and diary management Act as a positive role model within the team, leading by example Build strong client relationships and confidently manage client needs and expectations Contribute to retail performance and overall salon success
This is a hands-on role for an experienced therapist who enjoys being busy, engaged, and accountable.

Essential experience & qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years' recent and relevant experience working in a professional salon environment Strong, confident skills in Gel Polish Proficient with waxing, including intimate NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) - required Excellent client communication skills and professional presentation A naturally high standard of work and a "details matter" mindset A natural team-player who enjoys being part of the Mooeys culture

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience using BIAB Lash & Brow treatments (tinting, lifting, lamination) E-File certification Previous senior or additional responsibilities (key holder, H&S, Fire Marshal, mentoring juniors, etc.)

Working pattern

32-40 hours per week Availability Tuesday to Saturday 1 in 4 Saturdays off in addition to 28 days' holiday Flexible working available

Pay: 12.63-13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
