The day-to-day management of a section within the laboratory under the direction of a Laboratory Manager.2. Contributes to providing a professional clinical laboratory service, working effectively as a team member as part of the overall department.3. To develop and improve professional expertise and specialist skills.4. To possess the skills required to provide the necessary training and supervision of staff within the section.5.
