Summary

We are seeking a Block Manager to join our dynamic team at Henry Adams Lettings. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of residential blocks, ensuring high standards of service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords. This position is crucial in supporting our mission to make property management efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of residential blocks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure timely completion of work. Prepare budgets and financial reports related to block management activities. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure standards are maintained. Implement strategies for tenant retention and satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in property/estate management or a similar role is preferred. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is advantageous. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
