We are looking for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and taking ownership. You will be responsible for a group of clients, handling all aspects of their bookkeeping, VAT, CIS and payroll. You will be expected to manage your own workload, meet all internal and client deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and their teams.
A large part of the role involves being the outsourced accounts department for several of our clients. This includes monitoring and working through their finance email inboxes, dealing with customers and suppliers, processing payments, and ensuring their finance function runs smoothly. A keen interest in systems, software and improving workflows would be a great advantage.
