We are currently looking for a personable and very professional person to join our team of Bookkeepers.

They will need to have professional AAT accountancy studies at a minimum level of AAT Level 3 and have 3 years practical experience of working in an accountancy environment.

The successful candidates will be positive, have a good sense of humour and possess a 'can do' attitude.

We are looking for one full time team member

The roles is to be fulfilled onsite at the company office. This is not a remote role.

We are an expanding Bookkeeping company, our diverse clients are across Essex and London, we have an opportunity for a temporary full-time qualified bookkeeper, you will be qualified AAT study level 3 and have 3 years practical experience , hold a clean driving licence and access to transport is required, as you maybe visiting clients at their premises.

To succeed in this role you need to be presentable, flexible, adaptable and personable; enjoy working team based and independently and willing to meet and exceed clients expectations. It is essential you have experience of the following:

Double-entry bookkeeping Payroll and CIS Experience is essential Monitoring bank accounts and cash flow Sales ledger and purchase ledger Basic VAT rules to include completing VAT returns Management accounts production Clear communications, both internally and with clients Administration duties as & when requires Microsoft applications in particular strong excel skills Sage accounts Quickbooks online Xero Dext FreeAgent Hubdoc BrightPay
