We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Protection Value Stream, contributing to a flagship initiative seeking to harness artificial intelligence (AI) to boost operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
In this role, you'll take ownership for delivering the full range of business analysis and AI deliverables across the end-to-end change lifecycle. You'll act as a vital link between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout.

About the role
Analysis of complex change initiatives.
Play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting AI-driven opportunities, articulating clear business benefits, and recommending actionable next steps to maximise value.
Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects.
Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these.
Ability to work within a team, working on one or more projects at any given time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing.
About you
Experience in working in Pensions.
Experienced Senior Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role.
Experience in large scale transformation programmes.
Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships.
Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
Act as an AI advocate within the protection value stream, offering guidance, sharing expertise, and supporting teams in understanding and applying AI capabilities effectively.
Stay up to date with internal and external (to RLG) emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure informed decision-making.
