As
Senior Business Analyst
, you will be responsible to:
Manage and optimize
designated
processes
within
global service operations
, ensuring
alignment
with the overall
strategy
and organizational goals.
Collaborate
closely with regional teams and local business units to understand
business
needs, gather
requirements
, and drive
improvements
.
Develop
and
implement process
standards, guidelines, and best practices to achieve consistency and efficiency across regions.
Analyze
process performance
data
, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Act as a
liaison
between the
IT team and business units
for process-related IT solution requirements, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Lead
and
coordinate
process-specific
transformation
projects, driving change management and adoption across the organization.
Monitor
compliance
with established process standards and drive
continuous improvement
initiatives to adapt to changing business needs.
Provide
training
and
support
to regional and local teams on
process changes
and
best practices
to ensure successful implementation and adherence.
Prepare
and
present
regular
reports
to senior leadership on process performance, improvement opportunities, and project status.

Strong understanding of
global services
organisation, with experience in
process optimization
and business analysis preferably within
healthcare
or a related industry.
Experience/knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (
SDLC
)
Demonstrated ability to
manage process transformation initiatives
and drive process improvements by understanding process and business requirements and translating them into business requirements and/or user stories.
Strong
influencing
skills, able to work effectively in a matrixed environment and across organizational boundaries/regions to drive change and harmonization across a global organization.
Highly skilled and experienced in
facilitating cross-functional
discussion and driving alignment.
Comfortable in ambiguous situations and rapidly changing, high sense of urgency type environments.
Strong
analytical
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal
skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working with IT teams to
identify and implement technology solutions
that support process optimization.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Information Systems or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a similar qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in service operations or process management.
