Job Introduction The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is a government agency established in 2021, sponsored by the Department of Health Social Care. The UKHSA\'s mission is to provide leadership, expertise, and coordination in the prevention, preparedness, and response to public health threats. This includes monitoring and analysing public health data, conducting scientific research, and developing strategies and plans to prevent and control outbreaks of infectious diseases. The UKHSA are seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join their multifunctional dynamic team on a major transformational programme. The organisation is undergoing change and the skills and expertise of an experienced Business Consultant will play an instrumental part in supporting the Programme Director on the implementation of new working practices in both the programme, and the wider organisation. This is a fixed term role until 31st March 2024. This is a hybrid role, with travel requirements to London, twice per month. Main Responsibilities Responsibilities;

• Take direction from the programme director and review current business continuity arrangements against recognised standards and good practice.
• Present and explain findings, including priority findings, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Meticulously plan for workshops based on requirements
• Produce high quality analysis presentations.
• Present carefully considered options and solutions.
• Tackle complex business challenges by applying a blend of analytical thinking, design methodologies, and industry knowledge
• Confidently consult, negotiate, and influence senior executives on various activities and solutions.
