Inlair Group Ltd is a UK-registered limited company, established in May 2008, specialising in business consulting and cross-border advisory services for clients in the UK and Asia. We are known for supporting high-net-worth Asian entrepreneurs in establishing, operating, and growing their businesses in the UK. We also support high-net-worth Asian families as they relocate to the UK, ensuring both professional success and a smooth transition into the UK education system for their children.
In response to increasing demand from our clients to explore business expansion into Europe, particularly Italy and Spain, we are now expanding our consulting team. We are looking for a bilingual Senior Business Consultant with extensive experience in UK business consulting and familiarity with the European business environment. This role is central to guiding our clients through complex regulatory, operational, and strategic processes in the UK, and helping us build partnerships in selected European markets.
Summary of Position?
- Provide consultancy services to Asian entrepreneurs looking to establish or expand their business in the UK.
- Assist in the entire process of company registration in the UK, including compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Guide clients through the process of opening business accounts, applying for National Insurance, and other essential business setup tasks.
- Offer strategic advice on business formation, market entry, and operational setup in the UK.
- Stay updated with the latest UK business regulations and practices to provide current and prospective clients with accurate advice.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships in Italy and/or Spain for clients seeking EU market expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the UK.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English; knowledge of a European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with both UK and Chinese business cultures.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing businesses in the UK, with a track record of successful company formations from inception to operational status.
- Familiarity with UK business law, company registration processes, banking, and tax systems.
- Existing familiarity with the European business environment (especially Italy or Spain), including professional experience or established local business contacts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice to clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Willingness to travel to Europe as required for partner development and client support.
