Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify key challenges, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for sustainable growth; Develop and implement tailored business strategies, operational models, and management improvement plans to optimize company performance; Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to understand business objectives and design data-driven solutions; Evaluate existing business processes, financial models, and project performance to propose actionable recommendations; Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and profitability indicators to support strategic decision-making and investment planning; Lead consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved within agreed scope, budget, and timeline; Prepare professional reports, feasibility studies, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders; Provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior consultants and cross-functional team members; Identify potential partnership, investment, or business expansion opportunities in line with the company's long-term strategic goals; Work closely with department heads to monitor KPIs and ensure business plans are effectively executed; Promote best practices in process management, performance analysis, and resource allocation; Focus on achieving specific performance outcomes and measurable growth targets within the first 3-6 months of employment.
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, project management, or corporate strategy; Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; Proficiency in data analysis and business presentation tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar); Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment; Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful business transformation or growth initiatives; Fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is advantageous; UK business consulting or management experience preferred.
