Purpose
The Commercial Team at Shaw Trust is responsible for business development, including formal bidding opportunities and direct awards, to secure funding for new services and to sustain existing delivery. The Senior Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the Business Development Coordinator team, ensuring effective administrative support across the wider Commercial Directorate Team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, supporting the tendering process, and overseeing activities through to mobilisation.
The role sits within the Commercial Directorate in the Commercial Support Team and provides a development pathway towards a Senior Management or Head of Service role.
