Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

to help us identify and secure new assignments and partnerships in the UK. This is a

commission-only role

, ideal for someone with strong networking skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for business growth. The role may be converted into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the UK. Promote our services in accounting, back office support, and software development. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. Negotiate and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships. Provide regular updates and insights to the Dubai-based team.

Ideal Candidate

Based in the UK Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong network in accounting, finance, or tech sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Comfortable working independently on a commission basis.
