35,000 - 50,000 per annum + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our established team at a registered DBS Umbrella Body. The role focuses on signing new businesses and organisations across the UK who require DBS checks for their staff.

You will promote our bespoke DBS system, demonstrating how it simplifies and enhances the DBS check submission process, making compliance and ID checking faster and more efficient for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new organisations across the UK requiring DBS services Build strong relationships with HR, compliance, and recruitment teams Sell the benefits of our bespoke DBS system to enhance client DBS submissions Develop a structured pipeline of prospects and deliver consistent business growth Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide excellent aftercare to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

Requirements

5+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably compliance, recruitment, or HR services) Knowledge of DBS checking services is desirable (training provided) Proven success in winning new business and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
