Senior Business Development Manager

Requirements

:

15+yrs of experience in business development for BPO services (Consulting/Tech experience will be added advantage) Specialist on Insurance (MUST), Life Sciences, Healthcare sectors Experience of influencing and advising C level execs Very fluent with digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations Experience of creating sales pitch, solution themes, contract negotiation amongst other things across the sales cycle Track record of closing multi tower, large deals (50-100 MM+)

Essential Criteria:

Looking for someone in HIL (Health, insurance and life sciences, Pharma) experience

Based in London

Travel will be required

Needs 15-20 years plus in sales

BPO/BPM

Large deals with success
