Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new clients in the
Burton On Trent
&
Derby
region
Promote our security services to businesses and organisations
Secure new contracts and build long-term client relationships
Work independently to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the management team for client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
Must be based in
Burton On Trent
or
Derby
Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, facilities management, or commercial services
Strong background in business development, lead generation, or contract acquisition
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Strong IT skills - confident using CRM systems, online platforms, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet targets
Professional, presentable, and confident when dealing with clients and decision-makers
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Proven experience in the UK private security industry with a strong understanding of security operations and procedures.
Valid SIA licence (Security Industry Authority) with up-to-date training and compliance knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and business development. They will have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and a deep understanding of the security industry, especially in relation to contract acquisition.
They should be comfortable working in a commission-based environment, with the ability to build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close deals
. The role requires excellent communication, strong IT skills, and strategic thinking to track leads and achieve sales targets. The candidate will need to be resilient, persistent, and confident in representing the company at all levels.
