As part of the Nurture Programme within Business Growth, you are accountable for driving revenues and partnering with start-ups, scale-up and leading investors. The Senior Business Growth Manager - Nurture is responsible for identifying and developing long-term relationships within this field, acting as an ambassador for the programme within the start-up ecosystem.

What you'll be doing...
In this Role you will be responsible for developing relationships with Founders, CMO's and organisations who are passionate about the growth of start-ups and can either benefit directly from the Nurture programme or refer companies who could; the main focus being widening the existing incremental revenue stream coming to JCDecaux from start-ups investing in out of home. It will be your role to maximise revenue and revenue growth opportunities. You will:
Build a portfolio of start-ups booking repeated campaigns. The focus here is on renewal bookings. The integrity of the programme is based on the success of the campaigns.
Establish a network of VC's who refer start-ups to the programme and with whom you then reciprocate referrals, introducing relevant start-ups to them who are looking to raise investment.
Understand the JCDecaux Nurture sales cycle from lead sourcing to final campaign delivery, and running the sales pipeline.
Remain up-to-date with emerging trends from the start-up eco-system; which start-ups are thriving or struggling, and what marketing is proving effective for them? Reading trade press is integral to this.
Develop an understanding of new technologies to allow astute communication with key stakeholders.
Identify clients' business objectives and craft tailored proposals to deliver a sustainable campaign model for long term clients. All proposals will include custom insight and provide engaging solutions.
Maintain a consultative sales approach at all times.
Drive positive relationships; Own the relationship development of those clients where JCDecaux has no existing relationship.
Identify and establish links with influencers and business partners in the start-up community by attending events, networking sessions and hosting meetings to raise JCDecaux's profile externally.

You are an experienced sales person, who takes a consultative approach that consistently exceeds KPI targets. You are skilled in building new relationships and have an ability to convert new business relationships into sales revenue.
Ability to set and deliver a high standard for insight, proposals and campaigns delivered to the client.
Demonstrate commanding knowledge on both client business issues and objectives and JCDecaux's diverse portfolio.
Skilled at identifying potential issues to ensure that time critical solutions and ideas are communicated to clients.
are a creative thinker, with an agile approach that allows for timely delivery of solutions to sophisticated briefs.
Be familiar with the start-up sector; business trends, emerging brands and products, key influencers and trade business associations/governing bodies, contacts and networks, competitors and media arena.
Take a proactive approach, with the Ability to work and succeed in an autonomous environment; able to self-manage and drive performance in a constantly evolving and dynamic marketplace
Ability to think outside of the box and implement creative strategy.
Able to drive value-adding business conversations with clients.
Possess strong questioning and listening skills, able to see the big picture and visualise long term sustainable campaign plans.
Are an effective networker and engaging presenter.
