The Policy Governance team within the Chief Administration Office and looks after the end to end governance over the DWS Policy Framework. This covers all divisions and all regions in which DWS Operates.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a high-performing team to help deliver end-to-end governance over DWS Policies including ownership of the DWS Policy Framework

Input into preparation of materials for the DWS Policy Committee and support in liaison with DWS functional and regional teams

Ongoing liaison with policy and process document owners to ensure all documents remain fit for purpose and in compliance with the DWS Policy Framework

Responsible for the administration, monitoring and operation of the Policy Portal, which houses the DWS Documents

Support in quality assurance reviews of policy documents including checks for adherence to standards, completion of regular reviews and updates to reflect new or changed laws and regulations

Maintain oversight of all DWS Policies ensuring that they remain up-to-date, reviewed and accessible to impacted DWS parties

Maintain presentation and reporting material relating to policy governance

Your Skills & Experience:

Experience in Asset Management, preferably in a CAO or Governance environment

Project management skills and experience in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to engage stakeholders across the organization constructively and steer them towards decisions and actions

Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver end-to-end solutions

Ability to work independently, be proactive, show initiative, communicate effectively and operate collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent analytical skills and structured approach; Ability to grasp new topics quickly and create the right framework for further evaluation and implementation

Real team player in constantly changing work groups

Excellent communication skills both within working groups and in presenting results in a clear and concise manner

Very good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
