Are you ready to make a difference? The role of Senior Business Partner for Reward is crucial in shaping our workforce's future by developing and implementing innovative reward strategies.
You will lead and develop the reward team, inspiring and guiding a talented group to achieve excellence. Focused on creating and implementing reward strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees. Your responsibilities include preparing pay awards, updating pay scales, conducting market analysis and managing third-party relationships. The role also involves leading reward projects, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation and providing expert advice on reward and benefits.
