We are looking for an proactive and experienced

Senior Business Systems & Compliance Manager

to join a purpose-driven business undergoing exciting digital transformation and operational scale-up.

This strategic role plays a key part in enabling compliant, data-informed growth. You will take ownership of

ISO compliance

, lead the implementation of new management systems, and support the ethical adoption of AI. You will need to be both strategic and hands-on, able to see the big picture, but also roll up your sleeves to configure systems, troubleshoot problems, and deliver better, simpler ways of working across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve our ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) systems, including scope review and audit readiness

Over an agreed timeframe Lead end-to-end implementation of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 42001 (AI Governance)

Ensure audit trails, documentation, and internal accountability are robust and embedded

Lead the ethical design and implementation of AI tools across departments

Contribute to R&D, sustainability, and product innovation initiatives

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in compliance, systems, or operations leadership

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 ideally with audit experience

History of successfully implementing ISO 14001 or other management systems

Experience working with data systems and business intelligence tools

Excellent documentation and coordination skills, with a collaborative mindset

A natural process improver - someone who can spot inefficiencies, simplify workflows, and apply practical IT solutions to save time and reduce errors

You'll also contribute to key R&D, sustainability and automation initiatives that support the company's long-term innovation roadmap.
