Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, and secure competitive advantages while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, material availability, and potential supply chain risks.
Implement proactive measures to mitigate disruptions, manage price volatility, and uphold quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers by rigorously assessing their quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and certifications--all while ensuring ethical sourcing practices.
Work in tandem with project managers and operations teams to accurately forecast and plan procurement needs in line with project timelines.
Partner with our warehouse and logistics teams to enhance stock accuracy, streamline goods-in/out processes, and drive improvements in inventory management - all to ensure a smooth and reliable supply flow.
Regularly report on stock levels, lead times, and material usage, and evaluate supplier performance against agreed KPIs to sustain high procurement standards.
Support budgeting and cost forecasting for materials across projects, ensuring that procurement decisions align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, and Delivery teams to align procurement strategies with business goals and project schedules.
Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction while improving procurement efficiency and maintaining high standards for quality and delivery.
