The Role:



We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cabinetmaker to join our team. You'll play a key role in bringing our designs to life, working on unique projects that demand technical excellence and creative problem-solving. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

As a Senior Cabinetmaker, you will:

- Craft and assemble bespoke cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
- Select and work with premium materials and finishes
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installation teams
- Mentor junior makers and contribute to workshop best practices
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process

About You:



To apply for this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in high-end cabinet making (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques and furniture construction
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical plans
- Confidence in using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and pride in your work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
