About the Role

In this role, you'll oversee the full campaign lifecycle -- from concept and planning through to execution, analysis, and optimization. Working closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams, you'll manage budgets, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on target.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels. Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality creative and content assets. Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend, and ensure efficient use of resources. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy and company goals. Requirements

Proven experience as a

Campaign Manager

or

Marketing Manager

in a corporate or agency environment. Strong background in

digital marketing

. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, or similar platforms). Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
