About the Role
As a Nights Senior Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in promoting dignity, independence, and fulfilment for our residents. You'll lead by example, ensuring high standards of care and support while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the smooth running of shifts
Ensure the health and safety of residents and staff
Administer medication and coordinate GP/nurse visits
Delegate tasks and supervise a small staff team
Support residents with personal care and daily activities
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
What We're Looking For
A caring and compassionate approach
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Flexibility to meet the needs of the service
Level 2 Diploma in Social Care (minimum requirement)
Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Social Care (full support and training provided)
