Salary: 27,254 to 29,064 per annum pro rata

Vacancy Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

We have a great opportunity for you to join our friendly team at Carentan House, Selby as a Senior Care and Support Worker. You may be looking for that next step in your career or already be working in a similar role.



If you do not already hold the Level 3 Diploma in Social Care, all we ask is for your commitment to study the qualification with full support and training from us to help you to develop. A Level 2 Diploma in Social Care is required as a minimum for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage care shifts, ensuring smooth operations. Administer medication and coordinate healthcare visits. Support residents with personal care and daily living. Maintain accurate records and supervise a small team. Promote dignity, independence, and a fulfilling lifestyle for residents.
