Essential:

Previous Experience Required NVQ 3 Preferred NVQ 2 Essential Care Planning Skills Required Medication Competent Computer Skills Required

Duties:

Manage and administer medications. Lead Care Staff Team. Liaise with MDT (District Nurses etc) Facilitate GP reviews Respond to changing needs of residents Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Administer medications and assist with medication management Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients Assist with meal planning, preparation, and assisting residents Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activities

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
