They are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants who can deliver the highest quality of care to their residents and create a home-like atmosphere.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. You will be expected to have a caring nature, good communication and relationship-building skills, flexibility, and a warm and engaging persona.
