Responsibilities:

Regularly review and update care plans to reflect individual needs and wishes. Assist residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and using hoists when necessary. Ensure smooth and effective handovers at the start and end of each shift. Foster a caring and supportive environment that meets residents' physical and emotional needs. Manage staffing levels and plan for future requirements. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. Work as part of the team to ensure the home runs smoothly and feels welcoming.
