Senior Care Assistants

Day shifts:

7:00am - 7:00pm | 15.00 per hour

Night shifts:

7:00pm - 7:00am | 15.50 per hour

We are looking for a caring, motivated Senior Care Assistants to join our team at The Paddocks. Responsibilities:

Supporting residents with their daily personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and using hoists when necessary. Carrying out handovers at the end of each shift to ensure everyone is fully informed. Creating a caring and supportive environment that meets both the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Ensuring correct staffing levels on each shift and planning ahead for future staffing needs. Reviewing and updating care plans to ensure they reflect residents' needs and wishes. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Working collaboratively as part of a team to keep the service running smoothly and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
