About Us:

Aveland Court/Bliss Care is owned by two nurses who have extensive experience in care home operations. We are looking for a Team Leader/Senior Carer professional with excellent leadership and clinical expertise to join our team.

Our purpose is to deliver the best care for the residents. You will be a key player in making that happen on the front line.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of care staff to provide person-centered care Support the care home manager with day-to-day operations and staff management Administer medications Ensure care plans are up to date and reflect the needs of residents Monitor and maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance Extremely good at communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Support the emotional and physical well-being of residents Be a role model for the team Promote a positive, supportive, and safe working environment A pleasant personality

About You:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar senior care role (e.g., Senior Carer, Care Supervisor) (

this is a must)

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) - preferred but not essential Strong leadership and communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care Understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care approaches Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required Good with technology
