Everycare are looking for Senior Care Team Leader

The requirements of the role are
:To have no less than three years' experience in supporting vulnerable clients you must have a diploma level 3 in social care.
Put the person at the centre of their care provision?
Can you write a person-centred care plan?
To have empathy dealing with difficult situations.
Are you calm in a crisis?
Do you love problem solving?
Can you use a computer?
Are you familiar with Careline live? This would be an advantage.
To part take in On-Call 1 week once a month
