Senior Care Worker (Days or Nights)

What You'll Be Doing
Each day as a Senior Care Worker is rewarding and varied, but your focus will always be on
enhancing residents' well-being

Leading and supporting a team of care staff to
deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
Administering medication in line with care plans and regulations
Monitoring residents' health and emotional well-being, responding to their needs promptly
Keeping accurate records and ensuring care plans are followed effectively
Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Promoting dignity, choice, and independence in everything you do
