Overview
We are seeking to recruit a compassionate and dedicated daytime/afternoon Senior Carer to provide excellent support and assistance to residents in a care setting. The successful candidate will be the senior on shift, supporting the residents and staff. The role involves medication round, care and supporting the care staff.
This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to perform various tasks that promote independence and dignity.
Experience
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or senior care is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with case management practices and care plans is advantageous. We offer a competitive rate of pay, along with double time bank holidays.
13.10 weekdays, 13.26 on weekends and double time on Bank Holidays.
