Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Help clients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
- Assist with grocery shopping and running errands
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate individuals
- Supervise clients to ensure their safety and well-being
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for the position)
- Knowledge of senior care practices and principles is a plus
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage client needs
