Senior Carer (Nights)
to join our residential care team. You will act as the senior on duty overnight, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to residents overnight
Administer medication safely and accurately
Act asSenior on shift
, supervising night staff Complete night checks, care notes, and medication records Ensure residents' safety, dignity, and wellbeingRequirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience
as aSenior Care Assistant or in a supervisory role
Medication administration competency essential
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Ability to lead and support staff independently overnight Right to work in the UKWhat We Offer
