Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills, whilst promoting their social skills.
Promote a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to thrive in.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to support and implement person-centered care plans.
Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel (This is reported through our care app).*

Requirements:
2+ Years experience working in a senior carer / team leader role.
Level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we aim for our staff to work - one weekend in, one weekend off).
Valid driver's license, with business insurance and reliable transportation.
Our staff will be expected to use their own vehicle to travel between clients when on day visits - When transporting a client, your mileage will be paid at a rate of 0.45 per mile.
Enhanced DBS (Can be obtained upon completion of our interview).*
Pay structure:
All staff who join our company, enroll in a 6-month probationary period. Upon completion of their probationary period, the Staff's pay will be equivalent to their level of qualification.
Frank House Care Services Ltd work alongside a training provider, who can deliver on-the-job training, to complete their levels of care certificates, such as Level 1-3 Health and Social Care, Level 1-3 Childcare, and courses for development into a manager role.
We aim to give all of our staff to develop with Frank House Care Services Ltd, into higher qualifications, or future management positions (if interested).
Pay starting at 13 ranging all the way to 15.00
Full time staff are required to be available for two evenings each week
Senior Carer/Team Leader 37.5hr contract @ 14.00
