Alexander House Care Home is looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Carer to join our wonderful team.Salary is flexible and based on experience and performance. Senior Carer required to work in our well settled and beautiful residential/dementia care home in East Wittering. They are expected to run the 12 hours shift, days mainly and nights wherever applicable, working alternate weekends, including management of medication, care planning, direct personal care, communication with multi disciplinary team and residents families, conducting GP/Nurses rounds, assisting with meal preparation and nutrition, clinical auditing, staff supervision and staff management with the support of the Home Manager.Supernumerary hours are included and available depending on the needs of the care home.
