Your Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will take on a leadership role, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with dressing, bathing, and mobility. Supervising and supporting a team of care assistants. Administering medications in accordance with care plans. Maintaining accurate records of the care provided. Supporting residents with day-to-day activities, including laundry and meal preparation. Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment by offering companionship and emotional support.
What We're Looking For:

Experienced Professionals:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a care role.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to guide other care assistants.

Passionate Carers:

Individuals who share our commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be 18 years or older to comply with care home regulations.

Accessibility:

Must be able to drive or have easy access to the DA13 area, as public transport options are limited.

Compliance:

Successful applicants will be required to provide an enhanced disclosure (paid for by the employer) and two references.
