Senior Carer
to join their expanding domiciliary care team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced care professional to step into a leadership role, supporting a team of carers and ensuring exceptional service delivery to vulnerable clients in the community.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage weekly care rotas, ensuring continuity and quality of care
Conduct new client assessments and prepare individualised care plans
Carry out regular reviews and risk assessments to maintain service standards
Supervise, support, and mentor care staff, including providing on-the-job training
Liaise effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
Ensure compliance with all CQC and internal quality standards
Participate in the on-call rota to manage emergency cover and absence
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar senior or coordinator role within domiciliary/home care
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to manage a dynamic workload and respond to changing priorities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
