We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in our Residential care setting,

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Administer medication in accordance with prescribed care plans and medical terminology
Provide specialised dementia and Alzheimer's care, including behaviour management techniques
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
Support Residents with medical needs, including tasks and basic care procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in condition
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans
Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
Requirements
Previous experience in a care home, nursing home,
Good command of written & spoken English
Health & Social Care Diploma at Level 2 Minimu Level 3 preferred
Previous training in .Medication, Infection Control Health & Safety, First Aid and, Manual Handling
Minimum 2 years post-qualification practice in Care.
Experience in administration of medication
1. Care Plan writing, Accident reporting
