Cliffdale care home are currently looking for senior care staff .

Main Aims
?Administration of medication.
?To work alongside health care professionals.
?To take charge of shift and assist with on call
?To deliver personal and general care using a person centred approach
?Supporting residents to eat and drink
?To ensure our residents independence is promoted and maintained
?To ensure care notes are completed fully during your shift and update care plans as required

Our shift patterns are as followed.
Day shift 7.15am till 3pm and 2:45pm till 9pm (including alternative weekends)
