What will you be doing?



Supervise, support, and inspire a team of care professionals, guiding them to provide top-notch care that exceeds expectations. When needed, you'll provide compassionate care that includes personal support, medication assistance, and more. Conduct spot checks, observations, and help nurture the skills of new team members. Play a critical role in care planning, risk assessments, and supporting families in times of need. Lead by example, ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, and make sure all service users are treated with respect and dignity.

What we are looking for.



A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care At least 1 year UK experience in Domiciliary Care Full driving license and use of a vehicle

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
