Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Wentworth Rest Homes. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Document care provided and report any changes in resident health to nursing staff. Support residents with mobility and transportation needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in SENIOR CARER IS ESSENTIAL PROFICIENT IN PAPER WORK/RECORD KEEPING PROFICIENT IN MEDICATION AUDIT Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and families. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
