The Vacancy - Senior Caretaker

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our

Neighbourhood Care Team

at

First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO)

.


You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards across our communities by undertaking routine maintenance, cleaning of communal areas and bin stores, environmental upkeep, and supporting the clearance and upkeep of empty homes and gardens.


This role is a full time - permanent position

Who are we looking for?


Our ideal candidate:

NVQ II in Caretaking or equivalent Full Driving Licence
