We're growing - and now we're looking for a

Senior Cargo Charter Broker

to help take our commercial charter activity to the next level.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Cargo Broker, you'll play a key role in developing charter opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and representing Airmacs with professionalism, confidence, and a healthy dose of individuality. This is a senior role suited to someone who knows the intricacies of aircraft chartering inside out, can negotiate under pressure, and has a track record of delivering for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source, develop and convert air cargo charter opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners Oversee the full charter process from enquiry to execution, ensuring exceptional service throughout Monitor market trends, aircraft availability, and pricing to ensure competitive and creative solutions Work closely with the team to support commercial strategies and brand growth Represent the Airmacs brand at industry events and client meetings - both in person and virtually

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in air cargo aircraft chartering Strong network of clients, operators, and industry contacts Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills Ability to manage multiple enquiries and time-sensitive requirements Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working independently with remote/flexible arrangements Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
