We are looking for a flexible passionate employee to assist the Service Manager and provide line management for frontline staff in the Vale of Glamorgan Supported Accommodation and floating support on our Dispersed Scheme, staff supervision, client outcome monitoring through person centred support plans and interactions are intrinsic to this role to ensure that all requirements relating to Supporting People and the Health Board standards are observed.
The project will be providing support Mon-Friday 9am - 5pm. There may also be a requirement to work some Saturday shifts 9-3pm. There is an expectation for staff to be flexible when required and there may be opportunities for overtime with our 24 Hour On-Call service.
