We're seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead and manage technical document and collaboration management systems, including related software modules in a CDE/EDMS environment. As a trusted advisor to clients, you'll analyze business needs and processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives. You'll lead mid-to complex projects and manage client relationships, and provide technical expertise, delivering services across the UK and EMEA region.

Your Day-to-Day:
Lead workshops to define business processes and requirements for CDE/EDMS solutions
Drive adoption of CDE/EDMS solutions across multiple divisions, engaging with users and stakeholders
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize CDE/EDMS software, and provide consultancy services
Develop education concepts, coaching, and training for CDE/EDMS solutions
Lead major projects with minimal supervision, coordinating and directing other consultants as needed
Prepare and deliver presentations to high-level representatives, report project progress, and resolve issues
Own end-to-end solution design for successful business outcomes, and share best practices with colleagues.
What You Bring to The Team:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT/Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
8+ years of experience in a related business role, with a focus on engineering design and/or construction management
Comprehensive understanding of electronic document management, with strong expertise in engineering design and construction management, aligned with ISO 19650 principles
Proven experience with document management systems, preferably Bentley Business Collaborator/BCDE and/or ProjectWise
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team environment
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks to meet client needs, while collaborating with remote teams across multiple locations
Willingness to travel within the Central Europe region (up to 5% of working time, depending on the engagement)
