Join SADA as a Senior Change Management Consultant!
Your Mission
As a Senior Change Management Consultant at SADA, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate and enterprise customers to lead them through envisioning, planning, and delivering user adoption, training, and change management consulting. You will work closely with clients, demonstrating functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are customized to a client's specific needs and held to industry standards leading to client satisfaction. You may support the sales team by meeting with Customers and reviewing SADA's change management methodology.
You will develop a reputation with Customers, as well as with SADA's Professional Services organization and with Google, for the quality of your work. You will lead client-facing change management and training discussions, demonstrating repeated successful delivery of Google Workspace projects. You will facilitate and participate in executive workshops and engage in strategic conversations with client leadership. You will bring your own unique expertise and successfully adopt SADA's existing change management methodologies. You will use your unique expertise to further develop SADA's methods or services, as appropriate.

You will be measured by a combination of (a) informal client and formal colleague feedback and (b) meeting quarterly goals collaboratively set by you and your manager.
As you continue to execute successfully, we will build a customized development plan together that leads you through the change management consultant or management growth tracks.
Expectations
Required Travel - up to 25-50% travel to customer sites.
Customer Facing - This is a very customer-facing role. You will usually interact with customers on a daily basis. You will participate on calls and facilitate remote and onsite customer training. You will also support sales demos and workshops, and must be able to demonstrate the benefits of using Google Workspace. You will be a member or lead of a project team that works collectively toward deploying Google Workspace.
Strategic Leadership in Change Management - You will lead change management initiatives for large and complex Customers, with a focus on Google Workspace transformations. This includes clearly defining overarching change strategies and timelines, conducting and planning stakeholder engagement, creating communication frameworks, and delivering scalable training architectures that suit the Client's specific needs.
Advanced Relationship Management - You will cultivate trust with, communicate progress to, and provide strategic guidance for C-Suite and executive Customer stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders.
Complex Problem Anticipation and Resolution - You will proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate high-impact risks and intricate challenges within transformation programs.
Methodology and Service Innovation - You will participate in the continuous evolution and expansion of our change management methodologies, tools, and service offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
Google Cloud Digital Leader OR Google Generative AI Leader certified, or able to complete both within the first 6 months of employment.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years exposure to Google Workspace
At least 5 years of change management experience
At least 3 years external consulting experience
At least 3 years training experience
At least 3 years of experience interacting with and presenting to senior leaders
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Proven time management skills, remaining flexible in responding to changing client needs
Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Energetic and professional demeanor
Able to work on and lead large, enterprise projects
Able to work on large, remote project teams
Able and willing to coach junior resources
Useful Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years Google Workspace deployment experience
Microsoft Office or Outlook change management experience is a plus
ProSci, Kotter, or other change management certifications
Experience managing technology migrations or implementations
Experience managing multiple workstreams in a project or change management capacity
Technology training experience
Strong technical writing skills
Data visualization skills
Sales experience
