Job Description

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Hot Numbers Coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety while creating delicious dishes that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and service. Create and develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Hours

Our kitchens operate from 7 am to 3 pm, 7 days a week. Usual shifts are 6.30 am to 4 pm. No split shifts and no late nights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 13.11 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
